While there are two versions of this form, I will use the Texas REALTORS® Buyer Representation Agreement - Short Form to establish a "Showing Services" relationship with you. This form complies with the recent NAR policy changes and offers flexibility for buyers and tenants who are not yet ready to commit to a long-term, exclusive relationship with Colton Daffern.
If after our first two showings, we feel like a great fit for each other, or we know for sure we're writing an offer on a property, we will re-execute a new Texas REALTORS® Buyer Representation Agreement - Long Form. The long form will establish Colton Daffern as your exclusive buyers agent. I’ll provide a detailed explanation of this document when the time comes.
For now, let’s focus on getting your first showing set up. Please provide me with the information requested below. I’ll prepare the documents for you to e-sign (most convenient), or we can sign the documents in person—either way, they must be completed before I schedule any showings, open any doors, or answer any questions about the property.
